DNA Ladders
These products show true size: DNA ladders are mixtures of DNA fragments with different, known lengths. As markers, they are used in agarose gel electrophoresis for size determination and rough quantification of the investigated DNA. A standard DNA ladder contains fragments between 100 to 10,000 base pairs. In addition, special ladders can have their focus at specific fragment lengths, allowing for a more accurate size determination. Learn more about our range of DNA and also protein markers in our blog.
