AAT Bioquest's iFluor(TM) dyes are developed for labeling proteins, in particular, antibodies. These dyes are optimized to have minimal fluorescence quenching effect on proteins and nucleic acids. iFluor(TM) 700 dyes have fluorescence excitation and emission maxima close to 690 nm and 710 nm respectively. These spectral characteristics make them an excellent alternative to Alexa Fluor(R) 700 (Alexa Fluor(R) is the trademark of Invitrogen). iFluor(TM) 700 SE dye used in the kit is reasonably stable and shows good reactivity and selectivity with protein amino groups. These labeling kits have all the essential components with an optimized labeling protocol. AAT Bioquest offers three different sizes to meet both exploration and production needs. This iFluor(TM) 700 labeling kit is optimized for labeling about 100 µg antibody.
