Flt3-Ligand, mouse recombinant (rmFlt3)

Stimulates the proliferation of early hematopoietic cells by activating FLT3. Synergizes well with a number of other colony stimulating factors and interleukins. (www.uniprot.org) Produced in E.coli. Non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 144 amino acids. The activity is determined by the ability to generate CD11c splenic dendritic cells in vivo in C57B1/6-12 week female mice.
