(www.uniprot.org) Produced in CHO cells. Single polypeptide chain containing 165 amino acids. Predicted molecular mass of 21,000 Dalton and apparent glycosylated molecular mass of 30,400 Dalton. The Specific Activity was found to be 120,000IU/mg.
