Chemotactic factor that attracts skin-associated memory T-lymphocytes. May play a role in mediating homing of lymphocytes to cutaneous sites. Binds to CCR10. (www.uniprot.org) Recombinant human CTACK produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 89 amino acids (25-112 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 10.3kDa.
