Eledoisin-related Peptide

Eledoisin-related peptide is a hexapeptide fragment of eledoisin (Cay-28810), an undecapeptide tachykinin neuropeptide and neurokinin (NK) receptor agonist. It induces contractions in isolated guinea pig ileum, as well as alpha-amylase release from rat parotid gland slices, in a concentration-dependent manner.
