UT-11

UT-11 is an inhibitor of microsomal prostaglandin E synthase-1 (mPGES-1). It inhibits PGE2 production in both SK-N-AS human neuroblastoma and BV-2 mouse microglial cells (IC50s = 0.1 and 2 µM, respectively).
