Anti-TUFM (Elongation Factor Tu, Mitochondrial, EF-Tu, P43)

TUFM is a protein which participates in protein translation in mitochondria. This protein promotes the GTP-dependent binding of aminoacyl-tRNA to the A-site of ribosomes during protein biosynthesis. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunofluorescence. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
