SNX20 antibody is widely used in studies of vesicular trafficking, endocytosis, and immune regulation. SNX20 belongs to the sorting nexin family, a group of proteins involved in endosomal sorting, membrane trafficking, and signal transduction. These proteins share a conserved PX domain that binds phosphoinositides and targets them to endosomal membranes.Structurally, SNX20 is a ~37 kDa protein containing a phox homology (PX) domain and a long coiled-coil region. This domain architecture allows membrane binding and protein-protein interactions that drive endosomal sorting.
