Applications: , Suitable for use in Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunocytochemistry (IC/IF): 1:10-1:2000. Works with stool samples. Acetone fixation is recommended prior to staining. Spot suspension of bacteria onto slide. Air dry. Fix slide with 100% Acetone for 5 minutes at room temperature. Air dry. Stain., Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-1:2000, Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:10-1:2000, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
