Anti-Progranulin (Proepithelin, PC Cell-derived Growth Factor)

Progranulin, also known as Proepithelin and PC cell-derived growth factor (PCDGF), is a widely expressed, secreted, and glycosylated protein with multiple repeats of the granulin/epithelin motif. Progranulin has a predicted molecular mass of approximately 62kD. The aa sequence of mouse Progranulin is 86% and 75% identical to that of rat and human Progranulin. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA (Capture): 2-8ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Matched Pair: Capture: P9007-34A, Detection: P9007-34, Hybridoma: Myeloma cells with B cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
