Anti-MN1, ID (MN1, Probable tumor suppressor protein MN1)

Meningioma 1 (MN1) contains two sets of CAG repeats. It is disrupted by a balanced translocation (4,22) in a meningioma, and its inactivation may contribute to meningioma 32 pathogenesis. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1,000, Western Blot: 1:100-500, Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
