Anti-MLLT7, NT (Forkhead Box Protein O4, Fork Head Domain Transcription Factor AFX1, FOXO4, AFX, AFX

The MLLT7 (Mixed-lineage leukemia translocated to 7) protein is a forkhead transcription factor that activates apoptosis by inducing the BCL-6 transcriptional repressor. MLL-MLLT7 fusion protein transformw myeloid progenitors and impairs forkhead protein function. MLLT7 is a target of the phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/PKB insulin signaling pathway and the AMP-activated protein kinase-dependent pathway. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
