Anti-IRAK 3 (IL-1 Receptor-associated Kinase 3)

Interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase 3 (IRAK3), a member of the IRAK/Pelle family. IRAKs associate with the IL1/Toll receptors after IL-1 or LPS stimulation, thereby playing an important role in the inflammatory response. IRAK3 inhibits the dissociation of IRAK1 and IRAK4 from the Toll-like receptor signalling complex by either inhibiting the phosphorylation of IRAK1 and IRAK4 or stabilising the receptor complex. It is predominantly expressed in peripheral blood lymphocytes. Defects in the IRAK3 gene are associated with susceptibility to asthma-related traits type 5. , Applications: , Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 0.5-1ug/ml, Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 2ug/ml, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
