Anti-HtrA1, NT (Serine Protease HTRA1, L56, Serine Protease 11, HTRA, PRSS11)

HtrA1 a member of the trypsin family of serine proteases. This protein is a secreted enzyme that is proposed to regulate the availability of insulin-like growth factors (IGFs) by cleaving IGF-binding proteins. It has also been suggested to be a regulator of cell growth. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 1:1000, Immunofluorescence: 1:10-1:50, Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:10-1:50, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
