Anti-FPRL2, ID (Formyl Peptide Receptor-like 2, FMLP-related Receptor II, FMLP-R-II, N-formyl Peptid

Formyl Peptide Receptor-like 2 (FPRL2) is a low affinity receptor for N-formyl-methionyl peptides, which are powerful neutrophils chemotactic factors. Binding of FMLP to the receptor causes activation of neutrophils. This response is mediated via a G-protein that activates a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1000, Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:50, Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:50-1:100, Western Blot: 1:100-1:500, Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
