The CD15 antigen is itself a terminal trisaccharide, Gal-beta1-4 (Fuc-alpha1-3) GlcNAc (3-FAL), which is found on a variety of glycoproteins and glycolipids. CD15 is predominately expressed by peripheral blood granulocytes and various epithelial tissues. It plays an important role in cell adhesion and has been used as a marker for diagnosis of Hodgkin's lymphoma. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 1:100-1:200, use 10ul to label 1x10e6 cells in 100ul. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
